Singapore & Malaysia Movie Release Dates 2015 – Summer (May to Sept)

May traditionally marks the start of summer movie season in the States. This is the period when studios put out their big budget tentpoles to attract the out-of-school and family crowd.

In the past foreign markets, such as Asia, would only screen some releases weeks or even months after they’d been released domestically. Fortunately for film buffs that trend has changed. Hollywood movies, especially big budget spectacles and anticipated titles, commonly see a same day release and in some lucky instances are made available prior to their stateside debut.
